Summary

Marketing 担当者として、担当製品の市場特性や戦略・戦術を十分に理解し、患者サポートプログラムの推進、デジタルチャネル等も駆使しながら疾患啓発活動、及びBrand製品の更なる市場浸透も実践する事。尚、活動する際は営業部、及び本社各部門と連携しながら任務を遂行すること。

Responsibilities

職責
  • 市場分析に基づく、マーケティング戦略の立案・企画
  • 市場浸透にむけたマーケティング・コマーシャル活動の実践
  • マーケティング戦略の一環としてのKOLエンゲージメントの推進
  • MCEを駆使し、疾患啓発、製品啓発の企画・運営
  • メディカル部門、営業部門との協働を通じた学会、全国講演会、Web講演会の企画・立案及び運営
  • 広告代理店など外部関連会社とのリレーションの構築
経験、および専門性
  • 市場分析に基づく、マーケティング戦略の立案・企画経験
  • オムニチャネルプロモーションの立案経験
  • 組織横断的プロジェクトの立案・実行経験
  • 呼吸器疾患または感染症領域におけるマーケティング経験者歓迎
Skills/Capabilities
  • 米国本社含め、社内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築することができ、インスメッドが求めるゴールを達成することが出来ること。
  • 新たな分野に積極的にチャレンジし、自身の成長のために努力を惜しまず、継続して自己研鑽出来ること
  • 高いコミュニケーションスキルを擁し、新たな企画を行う際には顧客のみならずチームメンバーと合意形成を図り、米国本社含め、部門横断的に良い影響を与えることが出来ること
  • 起業家精神を発揮し、いかなる状況においても困難を乗り越え自らの可能性を最大限に発揮して道を切り拓いていくことが出来ること
Qualification/Certificate (必須条件)
  • 製薬企業においてマーケティング経験5年以上を有していること
  • MR経験5年以上を有していること
  • 英文で各種文書、マテリアルを作成できること
  • 資材作成において業界ルールに精通していること
  • デジタルチャネルを介したプロモーションに精通していること
  • 営業部と連携し、本社施策を実践したことがあること
  • コンプラインスを順守すること
Others
  • 新薬の上市経験者歓迎
  • デバイス製品に従事したことがあれば尚良
